My family and I traveled from afar for my daughter’s Band of America competition! We chose the hotel because it was a newer more modern hotel with modern featured amenities!
Well upon arrival we discovered, The room was clean but the toilet didn’t flush, the room phone didn’t work , the TV did not allow streaming and the TV had limited Channels that took 5 minutes to change from channel to channel. They did not have extra blankets.
Literally None of the advertised amenities promoted by the hotel were available!
COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING!!
Also NO Management is onsite or available over the weekend to assist with any issues!
The BEST part of the Hotel experience was the courteous Service and Bright Smiles that I received from the evening/ Night employees..Louisa, Chris and Addialisa!
They were fantastic with managing my complaints and taking notes to communicate my issues to management when they arrive on Monday!
Although the staff could NOT repair the toilet, phone, TV, streaming services, lack of available treats or any of the other lacking amenities;
Uniquely, They did everything they could to accommodate me. They demonstrated that they understood my concerns. They each went the extra mile to make me feel validated. They were invested in the solution and made me and my family feel important while we were there.
I greatly appreciated their support and the extra effort they provided!
