"This is a wonderful, family run hotel. Bed and Breakfast with free car parking. There's a slight incline from the CP to the hotel, so be warned if you are frail. The bedroom we had, included a balcony which over looked the hills behind. There are no coffee/ tea making facilities. But we expected that, as we always bring our own. Bathroom is very clean. "We stopped at this hotel after flying in to Frankfurt Airport. We needed a place to rest after a long flight and Landgasthof zur Gruner Baum which is about one hours drive was perfect! The area is rural and quiet and overlooks the ruins of an ancient fortress. The restaurant as well as the breakfast was very good. "

Allerdings ist es ein umgebautes Schwimmbad mir grossen Raumen ansich schön und mal etwas anderes allerdings schwierig was die Raumtemperaturen angeht. In der ersten von zwei nächsten hatten wir alle kalte Nasen im Bett und alle 2 Decken. Im Waschraum war es grundsätzlich kalt und an Duschen war nicht zu denken. "The Maritim is a very nice hotel that is well located in Darmstadt. Transportation is easy to and from it because it's near the main train station and a substantial taxi stand. The workers at the hotel have always been kind and helpful to me and I've appreciated them many times. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the selection of pillows is ample. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the basement that is fun to use. Breakfast is delicious. I enjoy this hotel and I recommend it to others. "

"I will definitely rebook my reservation for the Hilton Heidelberg when I return to Heidelberg, Germany. I stayed for my 2024 family Christmas vacation and enjoyed my stay here because of the staff, location and closeness to public transportation. The staff is pleasant, helpful, friendly, and always there to accommodate your needs. The breakfast was to die for with all of the options and the service of the staff was great. Be sure to include it in your reservation or pay daily. Charge per room, not per person. You won't regret it. Of course, all of the staff speaks multiple languages. The location is ideal to get to the DB "Deutsche Bahn" train station, Germany's regional and country to country long distance rail service. It is also close to the RNV public transportation system for trams and buses. It has a stop directly in front of the hotel. Many things you will want to see are within walking distance to the hotel. A shuttle is available to and from the Frankfurt Airport. Again, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Heidelberg, Germany. I was truly impressed with my stay.
