"The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm."

We stayed for two nights for oktoberfest - the apartments were super close to the oktoberfest location with a very good price comparing to any other place during oktoberfest, which was fantastic. Wifi sucks a bit, weak signal. Friendly security guards at the lobby make me feel safe. Nice elevator. Note that there seems to be no laundry facilities yet, but I would still recommend this place as it is spotless and beautiful."

"The hotels downtown during Oktoberfest were very expensive. We chose this efficiency style apartment on the outskirts of town. It was new, comfortable, and modern. The train station was not walking distance, but very close, and a direct shot to Oktoberfest and downtown. A McDonalds, several bakeries, pubs, and a supermarket were close as well.
