Great Ocho Rios Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Clean and aesthetically perfect. Great big TV, comfy bed, beautiful washroom, private balcony, and immediate access to all the amenities in Ocho Rios.

Wonderful place

My family stay here and it was awesome 👌 my kids enjoy themselves. Its easily accessible to restaurants and the beaches, oh my the beach they love the beach and the pool is clean. Walking distance to everything you might need. Thank you for having us. The host was really pleasant and accommodating.

I love the beachfront location of Ligtescape! Unit is very clean, exactly as pictured. As a senior traveler its conveniently close to Ocho Rios town centre and tourist attractions. Easy walking distance in 2-5 mins to the beach, a range of casual and fine dining shops and tons of shopping and local street.

The host was amazing great with fast communication! The place is super clean smells really good . This place has everything you need the bed is super comfortable! And I love the balcony chair! Super cute right next to the gate to access the beach! And across from a few good restaurants!

The apartment was ok and relatively clean. bed was comfortable and the shower was clean. we had warm water to bathe a/c worked, we got 2 bottles of water in the fridge. check in was delayed as we had to await the code to get in from host, who we must say was polite. however my big turn off the towels had hair in them and the pillow cases were lightly soiled. I think whoever does the cleaning should be more thorough. and it was hair in multiple towels. aprt from that no issues

Great Stay in Ochi

Apartment is in an gated community. You are directly in the Tourist Area. You also have special access to the Beach Strip. Everything worth visiting is close and can be reached via Walking. AC and Fans in Living Room and Bedroom. Everything worked out great. I enjoyed my Stay and recommend this Place highly.

Cozy and comfy

The place is amazing, clean and comfy. The accommodation match all the description online, everything works. The location is very central. I literally parked my car and walk to restaurants and other entertainment places. It’s secure with 24 hours security service.

Great comfortable place to stay

I stayed at the condo for 7 days, condo was clean and well maintained. Condo owner was responsive and quick throughout my stay. Extremely pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash set up in the bathroom. Kitchen well set up as well. Housekeeping service is offered, however as it was only me, just took towels at the time. She was also very nice and gracious. Condo is within walking distance of the beach, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Well appointed vacation home! Just 20 steps to beach! Very close to grocery stores and a wide variety of eateries! In spite of a few inconveniences, I love, love this place and will definitely a returning guest to Fisherman's Point! Everton, the host was extremely prompt responding to any queries; very helpful and professional service!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The neighborhood felt very safe. The host was responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were always available to answer any questions I had during my stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. It’s the ideal home away from home. Great location

The listing is accurate and true. The unit was all we needed. One bedroom, one bath (off the bedroom). Everything was clean and tidy. The property and grounds are very well kept. The location can not be beat. You are within walking distance to everything you need. The property host was great and kept ensuring we had everything we needed. I will be returning!

Exactly What I Hoped For!

This unit was absolutely adorable clean and classy. The location was in a prime area. Quick access to local shops and eateries. My husband is a rasta and with that said I enjoyed the most amazing meal from Calabash and oh my ! The vegan ice cream is something to write home to Mama about. Book your unit today! Mr. Forbes was EXCELLENT!! There were a couple of hiccups in the beginning because of VRBO....Mr. Forbes resolved the issues and everything worked out perfectly. His place looks exactly like the pictures. It's very nice and cozy. It's close to EVERYTHING. Which made my trip more enjoyable because I could walk everywhere I wanted to without having to grab taxes. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be returning.😊

Centrally Located

Everton and his cleaning lady were very nice and helpful during my stay. The hot water was not working the first night and he was prompt when offering assistance. The biggest problem we had were the ants. The cleaning lady came and cleaned them out on our second day but they persisted. The unit is some what dated but if you are just looking for a place to stay without any bells and whistles or amenities then this is for you.

Great Location! Some Updates Needed

We stayed at this property from Jan 18-21. Location was absolutely fabulous! Right off the cruise ship pier, walking distance to everything in downtown Ochi. Great restaurants and shopping + amazing beach walking distance. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s close to everything in Ochi, this is a great unit. The property itself needs updating. Everything worked perfectly fine. Just some TLC needed since use over time. Also, it would be a nice touch to have a couple of bottles of water available on arrival. By the time we travelled and got settled, we could have surely used it! Everton was great to deal with. Process to check in/out was seamless. Would stay here again with minor updates to the overall unit. But served our needs for the 3 days we were here.

My overall stay was good and I enjoyed my stay. The condo looks exactly as pictured but I did think that it was going to be bigger than it was. I like the area. The host always responded timely when I had a question. The condo was secured with a security guard present 24 hours and gated access. The condo was across the street from Margaritaville, shops, restaurants, and the movies. It was a couple steps from the beach and free beach access was included. The place was in walking distance to local bars, the club, and fruit market. There were a couple of things that I didn’t like about the condo itself which was that although the condo has a small air conditioner in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the livingroom/kitchen. The temperature in Jamaica was 87 so it was hot in the living room. I think an air conditioner needs be in both areas. I also did not like that there was only one television, which was in the living room and no television in the bedroom. I also didn’t like that although when booking it states that it sleeps 3 people because there is a futon. You will not get bedding for the futon unless you book for 3 people, which was a bummer for me because me and my daughter booked this condo with the exception that one of us would be able to sleep on the futon because we didn’t want to sleep in the bed together. Lastly the curtains up to the door, while they are nice they are sheer and see through. I didn’t like the fact that you could see inside the condo.
