"My stay at Couples Tower Isle was overall a positive experience. The resort was clean, and our housekeeper did an excellent job, performing daily cleaning and turndown service. "Upon entry to the complex we were asked twice in a matter of 1 minute who we were and why were we there. The first person, a lady, ushered us through, the second person, a young man would not open the gate and then proceeded to ask the same questions again but in an unfriendly manner.
