"Everything about the main house was amazing. Spacious and comfortable. Well decorated and had everything you needed. Where the property fell short was the cottages. They were not as updated or well ventilated as the main house. It was a hot weekend and a lot of sleeping spaces were uncomfortable because of the heat and lack of airflow. "This was a perfect little hotel room 2 blocks from the beach. We stayed to attend a wedding and it was great to have a centrally located room to come back and sleep and get ready. We walked to coffee shops for breakfast and enjoyed the park and beach across the street."

"Great place to use as a base to experience Monterey Bay. Can see sea birds, whales and sea lions from the house. "

"The location and views could not have been better. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The house is well worn and dated. I think the listing should make it clear that with the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, there is only one bathroom, and while the primary is the only bedroom upstairs, there are 2 full baths upstairs. With that being said, we had a great time. Thank you. "
