South O Paradise
We had a great time in South O. We loved the high ceilings, the enclosed patio, the garage access, the beach equipment, the hummingbirds, butterflies and ocean breezes! Warren was an attentive and kind host.

Great location in South Oceanside
This is our favorite place in the Oceanside/Carlsbad area. Nice, clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to beaches, restaurants and a coffee shop. Very smooth check in and check out process.

Amazing place to stay!
Clean, comfortable and great location to the beach and great restaurants. My friend and I stayed here for the Carlsbad Half Marathon, and the accommodations were perfect! Although it rained most of the time, there was never a shortage of things to do.

We had a wonderful visit in June. The property was located in a great area of Oceanside within walking distance to tons of things to do and great places to eat and drink. The house was very clean. Warren was a great host and easy to communicate with. We’d love to come back.

Oceanside Vacation
This VRBO was great for our week vacation. Very clean and stocked. It even has a garage with bikes, beach chairs and boards. It was so nice having a garage so we didn't have to try to find parking! Great location! So many places to walk to. We will be back!

South Oceanside getaway
Very convenient location to some great local restaurants and coffee shops. Also, it’s a very short walk to the shore and to Bucc’s coffee and Buccaneer Park. The bedrooms are comfortable and each has its own door to the private backyard. The garage access is a plus. This is a great “home away from home”. We will definitely consider this property if we are in the area again. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing stay for a beach vacation
My husband and I stayed here after our wedding, and it was the best location for a low-key, relaxing beach vacation. We walked everywhere we needed to go, and we got the beach time we were looking for. There were so many restaurants and cafes nearby. Warren was very proactive and responsive in regards to communication. Excellent host!

Great Location, Host and Amenities
Warren was communicative and responsive as host, and clearly maintains his well equipped property to a high standard. Location is only a few minutes walk from a couple small beaches and park. Easy highway access a few minutes inland. The small private patio was very nice. Our small dog was a welcome as we were. Would definitely stay again.

Good place but the apartment is dirty
the owner is friendly. the house is very well located. only problem, the cleaning especially of the kitchen and the terrace was shocking. the rooms and bathroom were very clean. we immediately contacted the owner who was very embarrassed and refunded us $200 (approximately the cleaning costs). The apartment deserves better maintenance.

My mom and I spend a week away from the family every year for the past 20 years . First time in Oceanside and loved our place. Warren you were great . We really didn't need you . Everything we needed and more was there. We will definitely be back

Very clean and roomy.
Nice property in South Oceanside. All the beach chairs and toys you need. Very attentive owner. Nice rain shower in bath. Cute little park in walking distance for our dog to get some exercise in the mornings and grab a breakfast burrito or taco. at Buccaneer Park Cafe before you start your day.

Loved the place and the host is very attentive! Clean and spacious for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids! You share a garage with another renter but the safety seemed secured! I wished the garage and tv remote worked but overall great place and updated!! Will be back!

Lovely Happy Place to Winter
This property is a well planned and maintained home away-from-home. Warren was especially helpful when during our two month stay we had a question or some minor issue (bulb out in a nightlight). The house is so central to everything we wanted to do that we walked everywhere. Builders grade finishes and well proportioned rooms made it a very comfortable place to stay. Very orderly, too.! Thanks, Warren!

Thought it was a single unit with upstairs a lot of noIselin in the morning. Could hear others coming in and out very loud. Place was clean and very nice but privacy is more important. Would not stay again.
