GARAGE GAME ROOM: Laundry area w/ washer & dryer, Pac-Man arcade, foosball, skee ball machine, cornhole, darts, giant Jenga, giant Twister, giant Connect 4, bowling game, Chess, record player, weights, and a lounging area.

BACKYARD & FRONT YARD:
Enjoy our putting green, bocce ball, fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ, drink cooler, large dining table, umbrellas, and playhouse. We even installed an outdoor shower to clean off after the pool or ocean. The landscape crew comes on Wednesday from 2-3 pm.

POOL & HOT TUB:
Our newly renovated pool is surrounded by a paradise of palm trees, hanging lights, & lounge chairs. The newly renovated hot tub is connected to the pool. IMPORTANT: If you'd like to warm up the pool, we charge $150 daily. The hot tub is free to use. Our pool has a safety fence, but please watch your children always.
*We have a pool maintenance guy who comes every Thursday at noon.

BEACH SUPPLIES:
Use our boogie boards, wetsuits, beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys for your beach adventures. We have recommendations on the best beaches and food spots. Enjoy our outdoor shower to clean off your feet
*Please clean off the backyard before going into the home.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Beaches, Oceanside Pier, Legoland, Disneyland (less than an hour), San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Parlour Doughnuts, & amazing tacos.

HOME TRUTHS:
-This mid-century California home doesn't have traditional light switches for the rooms, but there are lamps in every bedroom.
-We have two bathrooms but only one upstairs.
-Palm leaves do fall into the pool sometimes. We get our pool cleaned weekly.

PARKING DETAILS:
Three cars will fit in the driveway.
*Please do NOT park on the streets to avoid parking tickets.

The Pink Paradise Inn is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability damage costs.

QUIET HOURS:
We want to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced—no speakers or sound systems on our property. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines reaching up to $10,000 per violation. We've equipped this home with a Minut sensor to ensure you have a wonderful stay. It monitors noise, occupancy, and temperature. Minute is camera free and 100% privacy-safe.

Events or parties are not allowed. Any parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.

We want you to have the best time and feel safe when illness and covid are high. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect ALL surfaces between reservations.

Great place for a family getaway
This place had everything you needed in one spot to relax. I appreciated the decor as it was fun yet tasteful. The kids loved the pool and game room. Very close to trendy restaurants and breweries.

Oceanside Family Vacation
This home was outstanding. We had a multigenerational crew of 12 and this house met every need. The backyard was so cool with the pool, play area and beach gear. The garage was outfitted with arcade games and was perfect for our kids to have fun. The decor was retro and cool and location was perfect for proximity to beach and Carlsbad. Property manager and owner were very responsive and check in/out was easy. We had a blast!!

It is obvious the owners and property managers want their guests to have an enjoyable experience. They have decorated their home with a fun appealing vacation vibe. There’s a very large table and chairs both indoors and outdoors to accommodate several people. The home and yard were clean and relaxing. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor games to entertain all ages. There were plenty of supplies such as towels, dish washer detergent, paper towels and toilet paper so we didn’t have to run to the store. I was very pleased with this home stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pink Paradise Inn! They have thought of all the details and extras to make it feel really special. Loved the cute decor, house was exactly as pictured. We had a group of 11 and everyone fit comfortably. Beach and pool supplies were available which was helpful and fun for the whole family. Garage play area was great for the kids. Communication was super quick and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Really cute fun spot
Overall the property is great. The backyard is big and really nicely manicured. The dining table fits a big crowd and is perfect for a group. The inside is nicely decorated. The play room is great for younger kids. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. It fit 3 couples (with 2 extra rooms for kids) nicely. There was an extra mattress for use in the room where there's just one small bed. There was plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, coffee, paper towels and more...but randomly only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom so we had to go buy more, and not enough laundry detergent to do more than 1 load, so we saved it for the last day so we could start the towels/sheets before we left. The only disappointing part of the location is that within an hour of arrival, we were contacted to be quiet and it was only 4:50 in the afternoon and a neighbor already complained. It put a bit of a damper on the mood to use the outdoor area because if we got complaints for just showing up and playing music (not loudly), we knew we couldn't have a group gathering outside without fear of being told to be quiet. When a house fits 12 people, you expect to be able to make some noise until the quiet time of 9pm (per the rules). We ended up going out to rent a boat one day, and to a baseball game the other day, partially so I didn't have to worry about the noise and bothering neighbors. I would rent the house again for sure if I was with a group of quieter people :)

The Perfect House!
We stayed here for a low key bachelorette weekend for my best friends bachelorette. We literally didn’t leave the house once! It was so much fun, so clean, had so much to do there on site. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend. There was plenty of spaces to sleep and every room was comfortable and the decor was the hot topic all weekend. The hosts were gracious and helpful. We are already trying to find the next occasion to rent it again!

Amazing!
The house was so much fun! Great decorations, spacious, clean and in a great location. I can't forget the entertaining garage game room! Minutes from the beach, great pool and easy to use hot tub. Plenty of beds for our group of 10. Kid friendly. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended if you're planning on staying in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area.

Best Bachelorette Location
My girls and I celebrated my bachelorette at this house on Cinco De Mayo weekend. Checking in was a breeze - we got there a little before check in and were able to get in early by messaging Ashley and Kelli. The house is absolutely gorgeous and super clean, as was the pool! There was a welcome gift for us in the kitchen and every room/amentity was very thoughtfully planned. The house is a short Uber ride away from downtown Oceanside. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. You have to stay here!
