Lots of windows and light. Completely fenced in. Bring your dog! Full equipped kitchen. TV in main room with comfy furniture and place for family to share meals -- inside and outside! Dogs Welcome. Sorry, no cats are allowed due to allergies.

Oceanside is known for its large and fabulous Farmer's Market, every Thursday 9am-1pm, year round! Local produce and farms along with crafts and services from our local people! Head downtown to San Diego for even more variety and fun. Easy access to I-5.

Home is wonderful for family gatherings. No events or loud parties. Ok to invite friends over. Please be mindful of our neighbors after 10pm.

Includes EVERYTHING: all utilities, internet, cable TV, all amenities, grill, etc.
$250 cleaning fee (per month)
$150 dog fee (you must let us know you are bringing a dog/animal with you to stay in the home & number of dogs.

$100 fee if dog poop is not picked up prior to checking out
$250 fee if lose remote.
