A chef's gourmet kitchen, an ocean-view dining room, and an ocean-view great room all combine to make this property the beach house you have been looking for!

There is no street or sidewalk between you and the water. The villa is right on the ocean. You will love being out on your private beachfront patio every evening, as you watch the magnificent sunsets. Your private beachfront patio is equipped with your own dining table, lounge chairs and a BBQ.

This family friendly beach rental property is ideal for someone looking for large spacious San Diego beachfront rentals: large families or two families traveling together, multi-generations looking for Oceanside beachfront rentals where grandparents, adults and grandkids can all be under one roof. This is a perfect family vacation destination!

The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units. Please note that due to recent weather predicaments the backyard isn't at it's full size as sink holes have formed.

We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! Excellent - I would rent this again some day1
The house was comfortable and had most of what we needed. The neighbors and other renters were very very friendly. I enjoyed everything about it. I was only a little disappointed in the grocery delivery company as they contacted me several times to ask about delivery time even though I had already spoken with them and then the milk they delivered had a hole in the carton. But this is minor - very minor otherwise the whole trip was a 10

Wonderful beach getaway.
We were in the area for a graduation. This home was perfect for our family and a few friends. The best part was having coffee in the morning and then happy hour outside listening to the waves crash on the rocks. The kitchen is well stock with utensils and cookware. We would have liked some board games, but luckily brought some of our own. We also would have liked a few more Adirondack chairs outside. Overall, an excellent house for a beach getaway.

Property not as clean as would like. Toilet was broken and ants in the kitchen. Some loose floorboards by back door. Garage door damaged my car trunk. Hurried out at check out. Local area was nice and ocean view pleasant.

You'll Love It!
Great service, awesome view, with fabulous accomodations! Queen bedroom needs electric outlet fastened and lock added for privacy. With the number of gadgets these days, an extension cord is useful. The garage doors only have about 1-2 inches to spare on entering/exiting; surprised that zoning doesn't require more. Provided beach and bath towels and paper products!

The location with beachfront access is spot on, Oceanside haven. The kitchen could use an update on cabinet doors (grungy) and a coat of paint through would make a huge difference. The main floor shower lacks hot water, merely warm. The frig lacks water and ice feature. The entire place is super roomy and accommodated 8 comfortably. The furniture is comfy, nice lighting throughout, beautiful fireplace, with exceptional view. The location is spot on with walking distance to boardwalk, pier and food. Thank you for letting us gather at your primo place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and spacious property
This was such a beautiful stay in Oceanside! The house is huge, even more spacious in person than the photos look. All of my friends were so impressed. We booked this for myself and my closest girl friends to stay the night before my wedding, then the next night it was our ‘wedding night suite’ for just my husband and I while the girlfriends stayed at hotels. This was the perfect place for both! It was gorgeous and private, very quiet so it made my whole weekend calm and peaceful (when a wedding weekend otherwise can be chaotic for some). I’m so glad I chose this place for my new husband and I instead of a hotel. The patio is perfect for having a peaceful time watching the waves. Very spacious kitchen and dining area leading into the living room so it’s perfect for a group of friends or large families to gather. Highly recommend!

Great Oceanfront Stay
Beautiful property with 4 nice bedrooms, big central room, and direct access to the ocean with a fire pit and table with with a propane fire pit. The air conditioning was functional per the prior comments. Nice amenities with towels, shampoo and conditioner, coffee etc. Would highly reccomend and will stay there again. Only comment is backyard is shared with four large condos and not private.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is listed as "newly renovated"; however, there were several things that looked like the renovation wasn't quite finished (half painted walls, lights not working, no way to use the fireplace in the bedroom, also the bed in that bedroom needs another slat-or whole piece of plywood under the mattress because part of it sags, screen door not working properly and torn so bugs were let in, the fire table fire pit wouldn't light. The 'major' dissatisfaction is that the photos show no fence between the property and the shoreline, but that's not accurate. I realize the shoreline needs some shoring up work; that should be noted in the description.
