Perfect for a charming, romantic getaway close to the beach. Less than a 5-minute walk to public beach access, this unit has all of the necessary amenities and more! This newly remodeled property features a gorgeous fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living space (with a queen-sized sofa sleeper) along with a quaint bedroom loft featuring a king-sized bed.

*Public beach access is less than a block away from the corner of Cassidy and South Pacific Street.

PARKING: Street Parking Below on South Pacific Street ONLY, Please Keep in Mind though that Street Sweeping is on the 2nd and 4th Monday of Every Month.

Lovely place for my stay in the Carlsbad area for work. Super clean, and fun place. Parking is on street about 1-2 blocks away, but not a big deal at all. Will be back if I need a place in the area again for myself.

Super fun & great location Beachfront was quick to respond to our water being off for 4 hours - we were willing to go with water buckets to use for that last day . We learned a lot about the waterless tank. Walked the walk to the food truck too . Let people k is that it’s there - we told several of our neighbors about it

It was completely as advertised. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The space was clean and just as pictured. Initially I was worried about parking--which occurs on the street below--but finding a space to park was never a problem. We had a great stay!

The fire alarm went on screaming frickin load 6 times at nite while sleeping. There was a group in our building adjacent to our unit with 5 children making noise all night long until 2am every nite.

A full, nice kitchen was very nice. Short walk down to the beach and breakfast places were also within walking distance. The only negative is for light sleepers as this particular location was near railroad tracks where trains blow their horns periodically in the night.

Nice but not exactly beachfront
Overall not bad, really nice and clean. Pros - Great customer service especially being a last minute booking. Unit was clean and had all necessary essentials such as towels, extra pillows and blankets as well as kitchen utensils. Though we didn't use it, had a nice washer/dryer. The King size bed was nice and comfy. Parking spots weren't hard to find considering it's first come first serve. It was pet friendly which is a big plus for us. Cons - I was most disappointed that there wasn't an ocean view from the unit, though when it's quiet enough you can hear the sound of waves crashing. It's not exactly beachfront but it's across the street so it's just a short walk. Our first night was great as it was so quiet and relaxing but the 2nd night we found it difficult to fall asleep because the unit right across was also occupied and their lights shined right into our unit which remained on till after 2am. The units basically face each other and seem to have a similar layout with a bed upstairs and a textured window with no curtains or blinds. You can't see through but the lights do shine bright towards the sleeping area. I would recommend putting some sort of shade or covering.

Do not rent from beachfront rentals
The so called A/C is really a unit with the hose that goes through the window. No working outlets in the kitchen. There were ants everywhere, called the property manager office beachfront rentals, they sent someone who sprayed everything including our food that was on the kitchen counter. The odor was so bad we had to leave the door open when we were in the condo., but we tried not to be inside. The office told us that housekeeping was unavailable to come and clean the large amounts of bug spray left everywhere and that there were cleaning supplies under the sink. They also stated that it was necessary to leave large amounts of bug spray to kill the ants. I have the text messages if you need.
