This spacious and freshly decorated beachfront home is perfect for families and friends wanting to be ON the ocean. This family friendly four story, five bedroom single family home has breathtaking ocean views from almost every room. The floor plan allows for families and friends to comfortably share this house together. The main two story house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a chefs kitchen, and a great room with a tremendous oceanfront deck. Then there is a fifth bedroom in the lower level outside casita. Go down to the sand level and you will find our new game room complete with arcade basketball and fooseball! You share none of the property with others.
.If you want to rest and relax, you can sit on the balcony from the main great room and enjoy looking at the ocean, and listening to the sounds of the waves. The master bedroom suite features unforgettable panoramic ocean views all around.

Details:

The Main level includes a great room kitchen, living room with a balcony, dining area and most importantly -beautiful and amazing ocean views from all windows.

The main level has three bedrooms each with a Queen bed. There are two bathrooms on this level including a Jack n Jill bathroom connecting between two of the bedrooms on this level.

Go upstairs to the master suite. Master room includes 1 King Size bed and 1 Queen bed The fifth bedroom, a casita, is outside and down a flight of stairs.

The house is located in beautiful Oceanside, which is a convenient location--close to Carlsbad, San Diego and also Los Angeles.

Although we would like to, We can not predict Mother Nature so we make no guarantees about the weather, the level of sand, waves, the amount of the sand and rock, or the appearance of the beach or access to the public beach. There is easy, free and unlimited street parking in front of the house

City of Oceanside Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy STR Guest Responsibilities
The City of Oceanside REQUIRES all guests to agree to follow these rules.

1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. No vehicles over 7 feet high are allowed.
2. Occupancy.
The maximum number of occupants shall be two humans per bedroom plus two additional humans per unit (including children).

This is just a stunning house. Beautiful views and decks from which to enjoy them. It is, however, a property that (understandably!) appears to attract back-to-back rentals, and is beginning to show evidence of its high use.

80th Birthday Family Gathering
We loved our stay mostly because of being all together with family but the rental was perfect for our needs for bedrooms on main entry level so no stairs required for grandpa with a walker, large main area gathering space with spectacular ocean views, lots of bathrooms, well stocked. I also appreciated that all the rooms and bathrooms were clean and it had TVs in most rooms.

Amazing!!
We had an amazing weekend with family here at the property. It’s so beautiful and the location is awesome. It is a very special view and we walked down the street to Revolution Roasters for fantastic coffee and avocado, toast! Lots of time just enjoying the deck and watching the waves, surfers, and dolphin swim by. Thanks so much for the opportunity to have a great experience.

Great time with great friends!

Wonderful views from windows and balconies. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. No beach but next door was access to a rocky area and the water. Downstairs bedroom in casita was adequate but the bed was tight against the wall. Would stay again.

Our family gathered to celebrate our Mom's 90th birthday. It was a perfect site, and everyone enjoyed the accommodations and had a great time in the surrounding area. The manager promptly took care of weather related issues beyond their control such that our family time was not affected. I would stay here again.

What a GREAT place!
We had a group of 7 girls for several of our 60th birthdays! The place was perfect for us. We each had our own bedrooms/beds, there's 5 FULL bathrooms. There are two casitas one on the lowest floor, one on the next floor up (with its own patio). The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! Master is on top floor with a queen and a king and it's own bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Great space for families. Everyone had a bed. Beach access was difficult to maneuver especially for older family members. Lovely evenings by the fire pit. You need to bring every thing for meals including seasonings, oils, foil, casserole dishes etc. There was limited kitchen stuff to use. Overall lovely place.

It was perfecto for our small family... great amenities, view, and setting. I will book this place again... it does need a little upkeeping, the couches are needing some fixing which can be done easily. There was some construction going on next door during the whole day, we made the best of the situation. However, we really like it! Manager (owner?) Was great! We had good communication... I highly recommend this place!

The problem we had is when I rented the place the two casitas had beds in them when I got there they turned the second casita in a game room which I wasn’t informed before my stay and tv I’m live room doesn’t well and air conditioning wasn’t that good but in all we had a good time

Location does not disappoint
Loved the location and access to the beach. House could use some TLC. Several window locks broken, downstairs showers were hard to regulate. Either too hot or not hot enough and when just right temp, water pressure was low. Did a pre wash of all dishes and found some VERY dirty plates...yuk!!! Other than that we did have a great stay. Oh forgot... washer leaks a little

This house has amazing ocean views and a good location in Oceanside. Onstreet parking was easy. The house was generally well-appointed and comfortable. We had a very good time at the houses but do have a few issues. The emailed instructions told us how to unlock the door but not how to lock it. We had to call. The emailed instructions had the wrong information about the internet. We had to call. The "casita" has a lovely patio but the room itself was cold and there were no instructions about using the wall heater. It rained during our visit. The smooth tile walkways to the house and the steps to the casita became very slippery and hazardous.

No glaring issues. Typical rental in the sense many things are overdue for an update in terms of quality and furnishings. Location in terms of view of the ocean is amazing, and the patios are the best part of the house. Unfortunately it’s right by a public beach access point and there were people sleeping within a few feet of the property at most times, including overnight. Wish walking on the beach from the house to town was possible, but the tide almost always prevents that. The downtown part of Oceanside was nice, but not really within walking distance. The part of Oceanside where the house sits is a little gritty. Had a nice time, but probably would try to find something a bit nicer in terms of location and quality next time.

It was okay
When we entered the property it didn’t look too bad, as we started to sit on the couch to relax we noticed there was a lot of ants and a lot of sand under the tables and couches. As we made our way to the bedrooms, we opened up a couple drawers just to see several used napkins. We went outside to the patio at around 4pm and it appeared as someone spray washed all the outside furniture to where we can’t sit on them. Other than that the cameras at the property made it extremely awkward for anyone to really enjoy the outdoor patios and have fun. But the house isn’t in a bad location, and it’s very roomy and comfortable for the amount of guests that it stated.
