Welcome to our Mar Vista Getaway!

If you’ve been longing to see, breathe, and feel the sea air, then you’ve selected the right home. Sunkissed skies disappearing into the cobalt abyss is a regular, nightly spectacle.

This third-floor, 2-story penthouse offers two suites and two balconies to enjoy ocean views from. The beach is easily accessible from this unit via the gated, ground-level parking garage. Beach gear is also provided for a full day’s worth of activity!

The spacious unit offers plenty of nooks to watch boats in the harbor or sea birds fly by. There is also plenty of space to spread out in the cozy nautical living room, complete with a smart TV—including Netflix!

Guest-favorite luxurious linens, towels, and travel toiletries are provided for convenience.

LOVED OUR STAY
We had an amazing stay at this property. They had everything we needed including extras we were not expecting like beach gear and boogie boards. These extras made our trip extra fun. The space was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Also close to everything we wanted to visit. The fish and chip shop on the harbor was one of our favorites. The pool and spa were fun and accessible! We will be visiting again!

Perfect Location!
We so very much enjoyed our stay! The property was the perfect, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants (especially with an 8-month old). My husband was able to surf each day and we took full advantage of the heated pool with our baby. Lovely overall!

Visit to see my son who is a Marine
I can’t express what amazing location this was for our family. My son is stationed there and is was close enough for him to come and go and far away enough for him to feel like it was a vacation. The pool and hot tub and closeness to the beach was amazing. The view was stunning and while sleeping I could hear the ocean waves. Such a peaceful getaway for sure. It is unfortunate they don’t offer a military discount where many other places do, especially being so close to base. I highly recommend this rental it was so nice to have all the comforts of home.

The best beach property in oside
I look for condos in the north coast village before looking anywhere else in oside. NCV is the easiest access to the beach, eats, drinks and shops. Quiet at night and family oriented. Great parking. We feel very secure and safe and relaxed when we’re there.

The sunset views are stunning.
The unit was clean. We found the summary of the unit to be accurate. It was a very chilly week the only issue was he heater in the one bed would not turn on. However we dis not find it to be a problem just used an extra blanket. We spent most nights watching the amazing sun sets from both balconies. They are breathe taking.

NorthCoast Village Vacation
Property managers communicated very well via phone call, text and emails. Condo was clean and nice. Views from both patios were beautiful. Enjoyed watching the surfers and people on the beach along with the boats in the Harbor. Comfortable beds. Upstairs bedroom is spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to spend another vacation in this condo. We have been going to NC Village for 20+ years. We LOVE the gorgeous landscaping, amenities, secured parking and easy access to the beach. You can park your car and never get back in your car the entire week (if you don't want to) because you can walk to many restaurants, shops, the beach, the harbor and even a small mini market. I highly recommend NCV and condo F307.

Amazing views
The views were amazing and the property itself was clean. The unit, 2 out of 3 tvs didn’t work. Some of the tiles were broken in the kitchen, the upstairs balcony has a break in it and if you aren’t careful you can easily twist your ankle. We were a late check in and got our keys ok. We stayed for 4 full days and didn’t really have the amenities - enough towels to shower, no ac ( although I didn’t know to ask before but just assumed since it is CA), no cutting knives so you can’t make dinner. It was ok if your not staying in at any point. It does need an upgrade for the price. But the views - amazing

Great Getaway!
Our family was there for a few days and loved our stay! The pool and jacuzzi were great amenities! We did not have time for the rec room or putting green as the proximity to the beach, Harbor and pier kept us out and about. The boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and wagon were nice but unfortunately the beach umbrella did not work. Overall, a very nice place. We would stay again!

A wonderful condo. Convenient. Open Lots of good space. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Loved having 2 balconies. The only complaints are about bathroom shower which didn’t work properly and the stale, damp smell of the condo after it had been closed up for a time.

Excellent week in oceanside
We had an excellent stay at North Coast village! Property is exactly as described and better. Right on the beach, less than a mile walk down the strand to the pier, shops, and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed, although I hadn’t used an actual coffee pot in a while! Balconies had great views of sunset, chairs, boogie boards, skim board, sand toys provided. Parking was easy and we felt safe anywhere on property! Would def recommend.

Wonderful stay to celebrate my 69th with my daughters. Space allowed for a gathering of 12 one evening. Right on the beach for romantic sunset walks and pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable. We will try and come back.
