"Here you will find a home surrounded by a beautiful garden with a very large covered deck overlooking the ocean to the west. Stunning sunrises, warm breezes, and a canopy of stars and the Milky Way at night uninhibited by city lights. The home is as described, but more. Comfortable, welcoming and everything you would need. You experience a bit of the homeowners love of this island in the decor and gardens. For us, the location was ideal - away from the popular beaches, tourist shops, etc. Here you are close to The Volcanic National Park and many “gem” locations listed in travel guides. This is Kau coffee country (look up the history of the emergence of Kau coffee and Kona coffee). We enjoyed farm/fruit stands, local markets, and wonderful local places to eat and find local artist creations. The aloha spirit was so welcoming as we talked with locals. "Property was as advertised. Peaceful beautiful view. However it was a VERY steep road and driveway. When wet the road became slick and at one point tires spinning we were crossing fingers that we would make it to the highway. But all good. Would stay again"
