"Not a great stay. Checked in for a total of 5 nights. Began conversation with “Mae” the host for the rental within a couple hours of check- in that the mini-split air conditioners were not cooling. She responded to texts but ultimately had no solutions. The entire 5 night stay was stuffy, humid and 75 degrees or greater in the rental. "Overall had a great stay at this property. Was nice to have reserved parking spot in a covered garage. Kids loved the large pool with an 8.5’ deep end. Convenient location to downtown DC or pretty much anything in the NOVA area. Didn’t realize when booking that the property is two floors, but I realize that I overlooked the stairs in one of the photos. That was a plus for us because adults could stay awake downstairs without worrying about disturbing sleeping kids upstairs."

"The place was clean. Everything was in working order. Location was perfect since it did not have any parking challenges. All the bare minimum required for a good stay was there. We were 5 people in the family and there wasn't extra blanket for the 5th person so we had to buy one from Walmart. Did not have any extra towels so we bought some. "We moved our son to DC for school and chose this unit to stay in while visiting DC. The place was great. The location could not have been any better. Easy access to DC. Close to shopping. The train station was just a mile away. Nice to have a parking spot. The only problem we found was it took about 5 minutes for the hot water to come through, but once it did it was great.. we plan to stay here again when we visit our son."

"Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The shower was really nice! The bed was very soft which is mostly how we like it, but may be even too soft for us. The couch has a faint dog smell, so allergies might be an issue. Dishwasher broken. Very clean and organized. Tasteful decorations. The property owner was very kind and responsive."
