"Very easy to find. Short distance to the state park. Park was beautiful. Had a view of the lake, although the neighbor across the street is building a privacy fence, but you can walk a little and see the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Bring mosquito spray, they were bad because of all the rain they have been getting."

"The neighborhood is good. My son lives .5 mi from it so perfect location for me. It is on a major road in Dyersburg and close to a major intersection. I was aware in advance and it's not a real big deal. I was able to turn around in the very wide driveway and park headed out. It's a nice place and convenient. Love that the old style decor was still in the bathrooms. I definitely would choose it again."

"Beautiful, peaceful setting on the lake, we enjoyed the morning outside exploring the property with our family before a family gathering. House was great, had everything we needed and more! Plenty of sleeping options. We hope to come back for a longer stay!"

"The house was easy to find, check in to, and met our needs. It was clean and as advertised. Only small complaint was that the screened in porch had holes under the door and in a few places so wasps and bugs got in. We bought wasp spray to rectify the issue."

"We very much enjoyed our stay … booked this little house for the weekend to watch UTM football … was very close to everything we needed grocery, restaurants, stadium etc… way more comfortable than the Hilton we had been staying in for home games just wish I had booked it for every home game ..much more convenient when traveling with elderly grandparents…house was in a quiet neighborhood, clean comfy beds, and kitchen was very handy… would definitely stay again if given the opportunity..owner was...
