"This was a self check in hotel so you would need to have mobile data and a charged phone all the time with you to get into your room and the hotel. It was so easy. The room was modern grand spacious. The heads were amazing as we overslept past our alarm to take our early train. I wish someone has told me to take the tram from the train stafion instead (buy ticket at the station) because we walked 15min. There are few set of stairs you need to walk up (fun when no luggage with you). Location was still fantastic as we wanted to walk to several areas. Will def return if back in Zurich. "

The hotel was so accommodating – they helped us with an early check-in and didn’t even charge us! I was absolutely relieved and grateful for that. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke an impressive variety of languages, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and in a fantastic location. The restaurant had delicious food, and the drinks were refreshing, all served with amazing hospitality. It was such a wonderful experience!"
