"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

"Really nice hotel with a good choice at breakfast. Secure parking was at a cost of €3.50 a day. I did think that i had already paid for parking in the option chosen when booking but the lady at reception said that it was incorrect on Hotels.com. We stayed on a Monday night and there were hardly any places to eat that were open at teatime, I'm sure on a Friday or Saturday night though there would have been a larger choice. Would stay again."

"Finally a hotel with a FULL shower: a glass door that completely closes on all sides. Incredible! The location is ideal, parking was free, breakfast selection was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Standard 4* hotel - clean, super friendly staff and reasonably quiet despite being in the middle of the town. Biggest drawback is lack of on-site parking which other reviewers have also referred to. We were actually moved to the Colombier - the sister hotel accros the road and the team and staff did their best to make the small room as comfortable as possible for the three of us.
