"We stayed for 7 nights as a family (two parents and a 12.5-year-old daughter ) and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is perfect – right next to a metro station and just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and main attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was rich, varied, and luxurious, served in an elegant yet cozy setting. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – everyone was courteous and efficient. Although we initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the hotel’s Customer Service Manager, Izabela, handled the situation impressively. She ensured we had a temporary room immediately and later moved us to a spacious corner room similar to our original booking. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with thoughtful gestures and excellent service. Overall, we left extremely satisfied and would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!"
