"The room size overall is big enough for all of my luggage Air condition is not too cold although air vent is at max The bed is too firm I had back ache after spending the night I love the bus shuttle that took me right to the airport terminal The hotel location is way outside the Narita center. Need to take the bus if I want to shop or sightseeing. Hotel does provide bus transportation I give the hotel a 4 star review"

"Loved this place! It was nice and quiet and very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the shower and toilet has mold. The shower walls and curtain had mold spots and the inside of the toilet bowl was moldy, too. Other than that, it was great!"
