"One of the two bedrooms is impossible to sleep in because of the intermittent noise of a mechanical pump/ filter system during the night. When we reported this, we were told it corresponded to water usage - even though we made it clear that no water usage had taken took place at the reported times (i.e. between 11pm and 6am). The system triggers arbitrarily, and the source is located in the garage directly against a bedroom wall. Additionally, several lamps don't work in the kitchen, there was...

"Lovely stay at the Boathouse. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. The property itself was surprisingly bigger than expected and aesthetically really nice. Shower was awesome.Privacy was on the low side so if you are looking for solitude/separation this is not the property for you. Great appointment for beach/river access and shops are. 3 min walk away.
