"We LOVED our stay here and we can’t wait to go back!!! The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. TREMENDOUS. The BEST ever like nobody has ever seen before. Haha! Best housekeeping in the rooms we’ve ever experienced. The service on the beach was amazing. Very friendly staff and the pools and hot tubs were wonderful. There is a grocery store across the street and that was very convenient. The rooms do need to be updated to have phone plug ins on the night stands. But that is my only complaint. We plan on going back next winter/spring. Staying here is such a great value for the money spent. And you can’t beat having the gorgeous ocean right outside the hotel!! "

"We loved the beach views and easy access to see the ocean from the lobby. The hotel has pretty decoration all around, with light colors and chick vibes. Parking is not the easiest, it is valet, so plan for additional cost. We decided to go to dinner before we got into our room because we didn’t want to wait for the car to be pulled from valet, which was fine, just a bit of planning on our part. Beds were low, but worked perfectly for us because we had a wheelchair user. There’s no ramp to the beach for a wheelchair, but that’s very hard to find anywhere we go anyways. We didn’t try the food from the restaurant, hopefully next time! Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"Our room was clean and upgraded since we are expedia VIP. Music from bar downstairs but stops at around midnight but that seems to be a sunday thru Wednesday after that is til 2am for the weekend. It worked for us. Its perfectly located a block from the beach lots of restaurants to choose from on ocean drive as well as collins and washington avenue. A cvs is located up the block for any toiletries you made need. The bar is a pricey but not far to get your own drinks and mix it up. Roof top pool lounge area is small and cold for this time of year a heated pool would be good. But overall we would stay here again. "
