"This property is not what anyone would expect. We arrived at 8:45 pm, no other people were there, the lady on phone who said her name was kamle told me they were upgrading our suite. Our suite wss in a shed, fire place was electric portable model with no remote to turn it on. The tv was hooked to a satellite reciever that didn't work, had error message 775 to go on internet. Guess what the advertised free wifi didn't work either. The jacuzzi tub looked nice but i was told that if you used tub...

"The house was beautiful and clean and in a great location (and smelled great too!). We arrived on Thanksgiving day and were pleasantly surprised to find a decorated Christmas tree lit by the fireplace. The house is a very convenient 10-15 minute drive to Oakland or McHenry. We loved sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing. Our granddaughter enjoyed the arcade game upstairs and was really excited about the bunk bed room. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back in the warmer...
