"Lisa was amazing! She is extremely responsive and very helpful. She went out of her way to recommend restaurants and local events she thought we might be interested in. Everything was clean. The backyard is ENORMOUS and the dogs loved it! The only issue we had was we have small dogs, so we were concerned that some of the gaps in the fence would allow our little ones to escape. "The house had cobweb's on light fixtures, vents were dirty, dead bugs in windowsills, air conditioning systems didn’t work well, some rooms were good while others had none, on the last night air conditioning had system error ( which I reported right away as for all issues and took pictures) foosball table was broken, table tennis paddle was broken, projector didn’t work, pool traps were dirty (we had to clean them out) we couldn’t really enjoy the pool because of the infestation of wasps.
