"Could not stay in these rooms… the mattresses were black with grime, no doors on cabinets, shower floor was duct taped together and one of the toilets was inoperable. I told management that the room was too nasty to sleep in, he said he understood and I would be refunded. It has been 2 months and still no refund!"

"Not too bad, the only complaint I had was that the door didn't seal all the way even when locked. You could see the outside light coming in, especially at night. Rm 459. When you drive up to the hotel all you can smell is the flavor factory which smells like fresh baked cookies and coffee. If you're not planning on veggin in the room with just a place to sleep, it's a very good deal. Online it was 55$ but I only paid 44$ total for the room which was a pleasant surprise! "I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. "Room was clean to the eye. I had to go over it myself. Bed was uncomfortable but manageable and the roaches were mainly in the bathroom but saw some in the kitchen. I couldn’t unpack because of it so I kept the majority of my things in my car. Customer service/front desk was good."
