"The front desk staff was friendly and inviting. The gentleman outside to get our bags from our car was very courteous. The room was clean and smelled clean, a definite plus! The temperature was perfect, it was very professional and relaxing. The location was great, 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a few stores. Very little outside traffic and noises at night. The price was amazing for the size of the room and service. Overall just great place! Would definitely go again."

"Loved the Japanese theme. Onsen was relaxing as well as the deep soaking tub. Only complaint is the fancy toilet was noisy during the night. Also the tub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, there were hairs in there. Otherwise it’s a lovely hotel and my family enjoyed it. "
