"A unique experience, like being at the much-loved home of a dear older friend. Not at all your standardized hotel decor, everything is individual and unique. We loved the cosy feeling - but it is not everybody's cup of tea. Plus, the place might look quaint, but it was spotless and well-equipped. The only downside was, it was wintertime, so not all facilities were available/in order."

"A lovely spot near the downtown, shopping, restaurants and the wharf. It had everything we needed."

"We enjoyed our stay at the guest house. The location is lovely on a quiet horse farm with easy access to the nearby bike path and road into town. The guest house is attached to the main house but with a private and respectful feel. The house is well stocked and the kitchen is top grade. The bedrooms upstairs are small but comfortable. Would return. "

"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this home. We just love it so much. It has everything you need which makes packing much easier. Owners are great. We hope to stay again."

"The property was clean, the location was amazing. As soon as we entered the smell was almost unbearable, smelt like old mothballs. It’s an old house with so many nicknacks you have to put some away so they don’t get broken. That didn’t bother us we love all the charm of a house with character. I had to get incense and vinegar to put in bowls to help get rid of the smell, it did work a little. If there was another option we would have moved it was that bad. "The hotel is very well located, right by the beach so you can hear and watch the waves from your window. The staff was polite and efficient. We had a minor issue with a water leak in our bathroom and the staff was quick and efficient in giving us a solution."
