We will never go to another La Quinta. This place smells like smoke is dirty, the sheets would not stay on the bed because the elastic was worn out. We also got 2 towels with no towel bar so threw the towels on the floor thinking they would be replaced. They were not when asked for housekeeping we were told they are too busy on the weekend to clean the rooms. They also had no clean towels. The attendant was sitting at the desk on his phone for over an hour and never attempted to put towels in the wash. Shower had mold all over also. Horrible experience.

I’m saddened to report that the condition of this property is extremely unacceptable. The elevator is not only dirty, but is in need of a safety check. The grout in the bathroom was moldy, the shower base edges were rusty and moldy. I did not have any hot water. The bed linens had dog hair and stains on them and I do not have a dog. The only positive is the staff was very nice.

Property was as expected. Hairdryer was missing but front desk found one. Shout out to the manager on duty the morning of my checkout, she was being berated by a man who was very unhappy with his stay but she kept calm and held her own while he was throwing a tantrum and threatening her. Staff was top notch.

Facility was so dirty. The carpets and walls were awful. Had to ask several times for toilet paper and towels. Front desk was never staffed. Had to ring a bell and wait for someone to show up. Spoke very little English. I would not have stepped into the pool. You couldn’t even see the bottom. Never La Quinta again!

I was charged for getting the sheets dirty.. 3 kids 2 adults . We stayed two nights of course it's gana get dirty but to charge me for it getting dirty.. 50$ for sumn u could easily was .. it wasn't damaged properly .. I'm not happy and I've been a continuous customer as I travel for work... Idk if I'll be going back .. to be charged for sumn that just needed washed was crazy

The room was somewhat okay. It was sort of clean, but the shower was dirty. The shower stall railing door had crust on it and the bathroom was not well cleaned. The breakfast was very mediocre and the eggs were the kind you'd just get from a box, sausages were greasy. The orange juice was an out of order sign on it and there was only apple juice. The next day the out of order was on the apple juice side and in the orange juice side was only apple juice. The breakfast was not refilled after being emptied by other guests so you either show up early and get the included meal or get nothing. Only apples were offered as fruit. Someone dumped syrup in the elavator and no one in the staff cleaned it up. So everyone who used the elevator got sticky shoes. The elevator needs maintenance for sure. Felt unsafe. Overall stay. Not worth the money
