"We are delighted to have found this beautiful VRBO and the quaint area of St. Charles! We were coming to St Louis to see our Phillies play the Cardinals but didn’t want to stay in the city. This was a PERFECT spot. Close enough to go exploring the city, but then coming back to the quiet historic streets of St Charles. The Guest House was cozy and unique with a peaceful view of the Missouri River just a golf stroke away. Steeped in history but certainly not lacking any modern amenities needed....

"Great place for a relaxing trip with friends! The cottage is so cozy, with everything you need for cooking and spending time outside. The hosts were very welcoming, and true to their word, we saw all kinds of birds we'd never seen before on their lovely patio."

A nice place to stay, relax, shop, and eat there is definitely something for all ages in Saint Charles. There is a lot of history in this little town. Linda was great. Very helpful in giving recommendations. Would definitely stay there again."

"We were welcomed with a warm house, soothing music, and towel pets on the beds! The cottage is absolutely adorable with hand painted art work and accommodations for Roux(our fur baby). The absolute ONLY thing I could find missing was a cutting board to slice our veges. We 100% will be back."

"Picked this house as it is close to the wedding venue Haue Valley. Literally a 5 min drive from there. Large beautiful home that kept all the craftsmen woodwork and charm but with modern appliances lighting etc. Roomy and comfortable furniture stocked with everything you need. Steve was very attentive to his communications. Would stay there again!! Pacific has a cute downtown with shops and restaurants within walking distance!"

"Our stay was a mixed bag. The home was tastefully decorated. It had lots of natural light. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were ideally suited to our family composition, with two young children and a teenager. Overall, our stay was comfortable. I would caution, however, that I don't recommend this property for people with chemical sensitivities. There were plug-in style air fresheners in each room of the house.
