"Lovely hotel, nice furnishings, quick check in, well located. Welcome relief after travelling and loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Only downside was we were behind reception, next to the carpark, bar and stairs. So some disturbance from noise and not able to leave the window open so the room was warm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "
