"Lovely clean accommodation. Staff are very friendly. Free onsite parking is a bonus! Didnt have breakfast but the food area is spotless and breakfast smelt good. Area is in a great location. It got a bit hot in the night even though the heating wasn't on, but other than that we had a good stay and definitely would stay again."

Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. "We stayed at Colson House as we were attending a gig at Patterns. It was really close to the venue which was great. We had a couple of days to explore Brighton and it was lovely staying at Colson House. Everything was walkable from the hotel, we walked to the lanes, the pier and the train station easily. There were regular busses on the road that the hotel is on so it was really easy to get about. We had a problem with the tv in our room but someone came out really quickly and sorted it out. We...

"We had a fantastic stay at The Hamptons. The family room D, located in the basement, was very large and spotless. It was bright, and airy with lovely blinds to close off from the road at night. "Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap."
