"There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient."

"There’s no question it’s a beautiful home overlooking Lake Como, with a charm that is remjniscent of something out of a Harry Potter novel. Unfortunately, the home itself self has a fair amount of deferred maintenance. Lightbulbs were burned out in master bathroom, the door handle on the washing machine was broken, certain shutters didn’t work, there is no air conditioning in any room and some of the wiring is unlikely to be up to code, although I dont know that for sure. "The house was well-appointed and was nice for our party of eight. The view was amazing, and the neighborhood was great. The washer needs to be replaced, it stopped working. Our biggest complaint was the bee issue in the pool. Deigo was responsive to our WhatsApp messages and sent out a maintenance staff member, but using poison was not an option if we wanted to continue using the pool. "Ein wunderschönes Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Aber leider ist der Park nicht sehr gepflegt, auch am Strand war sicherlich schon lange nicht mehr aufgeräumt worden. Leider war der Schwimmteich nur sehr vorsichtig und nur mit Schuhen zu betreten, da die Stufen total glitschig und und verschleimt waren.
