"The hotel managers were great at communicating our arrival time and showing us how to access the property after hours so we could go caddy-corner across the street and grab dinner after a long flight. The room was small but absolutely gorgeous and I loved the balcony. "Nicola was fantastic and was extremely helpful and responsive. Gave us info on places to go and places to avoid and made our stay a great one by always being available for assistance.
