"This place is impeccable. In spite of it being in an historic building it has been lovingly maintained. Our triple room had an enormous bedroom with twin sinks. The beds were in separate rooms and there were original paintings on the walls. Breakfast was very good. Stay there if you’re in the area."

The attention to detail on the decor of the whole property gives a truly comforting & relaxed feel. The hotel is in a great location within a short 5-10 minute walk in to Chinon centre. "We had a wonderful stay at the gite and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the gorgeous surroundings. The gite is isolated at the top of the hill but for us this was one of its attractions. We enjoyed walking our dog and running from this location, the surrounding sunflower and pumpkin fields were gorgeous! The gite itself is lovely, comfy beds, great bathrooms and superb outside space to explore . We loved the pool area and eating outside on the patio was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay x"
