Die Matratzen aller Betten sind neu und liegen vom Härtegrad im mittleren Bereich. Die großzügige Terrasse direkt vor der Küche lädt zum Essen im Freien ein. "Das Haus liegt schön auf dem Land, allerdings umgeben von Landwirtschaft, was permanente Beschallung durch Maschinen bedeutet. Der Garten ist naturbelassen, bietet viel Platz und Schatten, eigentlich schön - leider auch ungepflegt. Nicht komplett eingezäunt, für Hundebesitzer etwas nervig da die Hunde des Nachbarn ständig vorm Haus auftauchen.
