"As soon as I walked in the door I was so happy to be staying here. A wonderfully designed space, nice and bright but also a dark room for sleeping with black out curtains (a must for a great nights sleep for me!). Loved the grassy area outside and the place was nice and quiet. Perfect location to walk up to local shops and the beach! Really loved the stay and Martine was amazing with communication! Highly recommend. "

"Every thing about this unit is just lovely, the view is great, lovely beach vibe in the decor, all the amenities are so good, spa, outdoor pool ,heated indoor pool , tennis court & BBQ area & all just a short stroll to the beach ,cafes & restaurant's. "1.The lockbox was very very difficult to.open especially at night time where visibility was next to zero. I spent nearly an hour to no avail. The instructions were illegible. The owner had his phone switched off so I was unable to get any assistance. Had a cab dropped me from the airport I would have been utterly stranded but a friend loaned me his car. "Located in a lovely quiet semi-rural residential area, the room was quiet, secure and clean. I had a busy couple of days there and found it a great location to access the suburbs I needed to go to for a wedding. It was easy to travel the short distance to my cousins wedding and know I had somewhere restful to go back to."

"Observation rise is a large and spread out apartment complex on the beach side of the highway. It is an older facility which means that the apartments are a good size with generous balconies. Our apartment had been refurbished and was updated with modern and functional fixtures and fittings. The pools and gym are a good size and the apartments are private.
