"Conveniently located near Linate. Very good hotel. They only lack a shuttle service to the airport which is 10 minutes away. Especially for flights that depart early in the morning. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at hotel montecarlo! The rooms were spacious and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a quieter area and was about a 10 minute walk to loreto station which took us straight to the duomo."

"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). "The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite. "Great Hotel, we have stayed there a number of times now. It’s really close to the Central Station for easy transport in from the Airports (we usually use a bus which stops at the side of the central Station) but it’s also really close to the underground, a short ride on the M3 and you’re in the Centre of Milan. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with very good staff. Rooms are very good, from the basic room to the superior rooms, not done a suite yet, but they look good on the website. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a couple rather than a family. "

"Great location, very near the train station and subway. The hotel itself was a bit hard to find at first but once we got there and made a note of the location, it was easy to access. Room itself was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was good for dinner. Reception wasn’t super helpful with questions but that could have been a language issue. Overall we had a great stay."
