"Check in was from 2pm, was asked to return in 2 hours! Paid extra for breakfast as was told she wasn't making anything by including it in the price. View wasn't as described. My mattress had a large dent in. Breakfast was self service and someone had already sat at our table. No milk supplied for cereal, had to wash the used cup so I could have a drink. Nobody available to help. "

"- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. "The B&B is located in Rabenstein, close to the little Bavarian town Zwiesel, at the border to Czechia. The guest rooms are huge and very well equipped. Breakfast is being served in the back rooms of a bakery that is also run by the B&B host, who is very friendly and helpful. The B&B is the ideal starting point for hiking & skiing tours in the area."

"Die Betten standen schlecht. Die Person die an der Wand schlief mußte über den Vordermann klettern. Die Matrazen waren viel zu weich. Wir hatten beide Kreuzschmerzen. Das Fernsehn war viel zu klein und konnte vom Tisch her nicht benutz werden. Es ist nicht jedermanssache vom Bett aus Fernzu- sehen. Die Betreuung war ganz mies.
