"All in all very good with closeness to the slopes and good restaurants as well as a Carrefour nearby. Because you are responsible for cleaning they should provide better cleaning supplies. The ones that were in the room was pretty much useless. (No suction in the vacuum cleaner) Would 100% stay again."

You could not ask for a better location for your stay to ski and explore the 3 Vallees. Although the reception is not open all day, the hours are not really inconvenient, they are open in the morning and in the afternoon, best of all if you are arriving when the reception is...

" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. "La résidence n'équivaut pas à un 4 étoiles. Les parties communes sont assez vétustes. L'appartement que nous avions, prévu pour 6 personnes est "confortable" pour deux ou trois personnes seulement. Les équipements et le mobilier sont vieillots. L'armement hôtelier n'est absolument pas conçu pour 6 personnes. Il n'y a d'ailleurs que 5 chaises dans l'appartement ! Le personnel a l'accueil est charmant et très sympathique. Mais la réception n'est pas ouverte continuellement, seulement quelques...

"Overall very good. Father & son ski holiday. Pros Ski in and out excellent facility with excellent storage for ski gear - once you work out where to enter off the slope. Simple clean spacious if not dated decor. The flat has a nice layout and you can spend a week here comfortably & contrary to other reviews reception is very helpful (esp Anna) when its open. Cons Constant cigarette smoke come through the kitchen and bathroom vents. I had a blocked nose throughout, really unhappy that my 11 yrs...

"Terrible. Would not stay here again. Power continuously went out. Extremely loud, could not sleep. Walls are so thin you can hear people outside and in every room. Floors were so dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Front desk does not help at all with any requests. Spend your money somewhere else. "

"The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "
