I travel a fair bit for business and have stayed in a lot of hotels. José is the one who stands out for his wonderful customer service."

"I checked into my room and when I noticed that it was one of the older rooms, I requested for an upgrade and they provided me with one for a reasonable price. The staff also allowed me to check in a bit early as I was working. I loved the new room. It had wooden floors and a view of the lake. Very nice hotel. Good staff!"
