"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in aptly named Villa Zenitude. The villa is very tastefully decorated and also the kitchen is very complete with all sorts of appliances. Our most favorite part was sitting on the terrace (or inside when it rained) and just watch the activity on the lake in front of us and the lights at night. The location is perfect and there's lots of good restaurants nearby, catering to every budget. Mr Robberse is a very charming and helpful host and we really enjoyed meeting...

"Wunderschönes Haus, modern in Ausstattung und Design ,sehr gemütlich und wohnlich. Das Haus bietet jede Menge Komfort , mehrere Terrassen, Pool und Sauna schöne Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder jeweils mit separatem WC. Durch die grossen Schiebefenster ist die offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich lichtdurchflutet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Dieses Traumhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"

"The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. From the kitchen and master bedroom you will often see dozens of parapente gliders, many of which you can watch land just a 10 minute drive from the house . "We stayed as a family here between city sightseeing trips and loved the atmosphere, natural beauty, immaculate and very comfortable home, as well as the kind and attentive hosting by the Montant family. It is a gorgeous area, walks to grocery and some restaurants or 15 min drive to Annecy Old Town and all the lovely social life there by the canal. Absolutely loved our time here. The welcome book and wine cellar were especially nice touches, and both very well used 😌"

"We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and taking a dip in the cold lake (we were there in April.) *Note: The hot tub did take a bit of practice getting the temperature right... it was often too cold or too hot!
