"The apartment is situated under the owner's home, with access to a spacious and pleasant garden. The views of the mountain behind are amazing. Very convenient to Annecy and the villages on the eastern side of the lake. Our host was very nice and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the apartment clean. "My husband, myself, our adult son, and 3 mother couples enjoyed a lovely vacation at Chalet Shiraz. Every couple had their own room with a king size bed (or 2 singles) and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate our large group and there was plenty of seating around the dining table as well as on the comfortable living room furniture. "The beauty of this property is the Ski In ski out and locker facilities you get to use. No need to carry your skis up a mountain! Check in was very easy and we were able to check in early. Chalet was in need of update but it was very clean and functional. Parking available outside and in garage. A more accurate listing would be even better. Very responsive owner, had a couple of issues but responded back satisfactorily extremely quickly! Large property, easily sleeps two families across three...

"Very nice.In the middle of landscape .Surrounded by fields and cows. So quiet and peaceful .We Ve enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for a large family. My 4 /5 for cleaning. Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. Otherwise we Ve had a lovely family time."

"Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce magnifique chalet. Cependant, étant donné le prix que nous avons payé, je souhaite signaler quelques problèmes rencontrés.Tout d'abord, la porte d'entrée s'ouvre très difficilement en raison du gonflement du bois. De plus, la température de deux des douches est réglée sur une température très élevée, et il est impossible de la diminuer.Nous avons également constaté qu'il y a très peu de vaisselle disponible pour cuisiner et pour mettre la table....

"We had a wonderful week's ski holiday staying in Chantel and Caroline's chalet. The chalet is very spacious with great facilities, especially the hot tub. The location is fantastic, quiet and away from other properties with amazing views. A little bit of a walk to the piste, which was further for us due to the spring conditions but only a few minutes drive down to the village where there was plenty of free parking."
