"Struttura situata in posizione davvero ottimale per visitare Marzamemi e i dintorni. Tony (il proprietario) è molto gentile, accogliente e premuroso. Camera spaziosa, luminosa, dotata di ogni comfort, arredata con gusto, con un terrazzo privato davvero incantevole. Letto confortevole, minifrigo, Internet wifi, bagno con doccia e finestra con zanzariera (fondamentale!). Siamo stati davvero bene e ritorneremo sicuramente! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. "Hotel is modest but overall very good check was fine and breakfast ok only thing I found an issue was the front door was locked which may sound fine but if you didn’t have you key it might be a problem. You were suppose to lock it especially at night and you had to rely on others to do so which was often not the case. There was not often a person at the desk no other issues and still worth the stay "

"The property itself has so much potential. The listing says the property has a private beach but there is absolutely no private beach. There is a beach about 10 minute walk which is good. The rooms are not soundproof at all… next door at 10am there was a couple engaging in some “adult” activities and everything could be heard which made my family very uncomfortable.
