"The beach was nice. It was difficult to get to. You had to walk a distance on a very busy street with no sidewalks. Nothing was in walking distance ie. Grocery stores, restaurants. Definitely need a vehicle to get around. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I do have a major issue that has not been resolved. That has left a very bad impression of the host/owner."

"Our family (two adults and three children) stayed at Le Dune Residence for a week in June 2017. Despite arriving at midnight, we received a warm welcome from the owner. "Clean , well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds - excellent location - we were travelling with another couple and each had own lovely bathrooms. Would recommend this apartment highly. Only downside is a lot of stairs which was fine with us but might be an issue for those with mobility issues."

En la página dice que tienen Transporte y solo se cobrarían $30.00 dólares , cuando hice la reservación para q me recogieran me dijeron que tenía que pagar $80.00 euros!! Yo les expliqué a la persona del hotel lo que está escrito en hotels.com y no lo aceptaron así que me vine por mi cuenta y sólo pagué $32.00 euros lean bien para que no los engañen."

"We spent a very nice week in Francesco's apartment. We received a friendly welcome from him. There was always a parking space in the dead-end street. The furnishings and available space were sufficient for us. However, we chose the place for the terraces and the view was truly phenomenal on all sides. "The apartment is quite grand, high ceilings, painted ceilings, large common areas, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large balcony. First time in Ortigia and would recommend Ortigia and the apartment to anyone. The apartment is close to La Pizza Duomo. It’s a great location. The check-in process was easy. Would come back to Ortigia and to this apartment!"

"The property could do with an upgrade on the kitchen section - only a two section hotplate, basic kettle and general kitchen implements; no oven - all a bit surprising really for a 'Luxury Apartment'. Bathroom, Lounge and Bedroom were fine and more luxurious. Excelent location for a short walk to attractions and excellent aircon which was a must."
