Also @ the moment there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel & the road you take to go in the hotel carpark is very difficult to find. An Advanced warning by email would have been very helpful. "

"Hotel is great, excellent value, but all around the area is ' under development' so there is noise ( Monday morning @ 0630) and boarding up and some graffiti. I think once its all done it will be great, I was there on business but if it was a couple / family not so great. That said, I think the ' feel ' of the bar , the staff etc may make it worth a try. "

"This is in a great location but the room was a little grubby with the toilet needing to be flushed when we arrived and what felt like crumbs in the bed. The staff are helpful but their systems are soooo slow, taking a very long time to add anything to the room."
