"My girlfriend and I have desperately needed a weekend away for months and we booked River House Getaway in November. After having the highest of expectations and counting down the days, we arrived to find everything in impeccable order. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen has exactly what we needed and the living room was perfect with the toasty fireplace Lastly, the hot tub was amazing. It was up to temperature when we arrived...

"I arrive late afternoon and the code was easy to use on the door. I loaded my stuff in and noted that it was a beautifully beautifully redone basement. I had trouble with the television. It was just a stream only TV so I contacted the host and he came down And signed it in properly and it worked perfect. Very nice host."

"Clean, house full of everything you would need to function during your stay. Yard was fenced in for our dog. Pool liner needs replacing but we still loved going in. Property owner was great to deal with, her son even helped with the electronics. The area was quiet and the neighbours were lovely."

"The property was perfect for our group who were in town for a seniors hockey tournament. The property was clean and lot of sleeping space and adequate dishes and cookware to make some meals. We appreciated we could use the garage for parking along with a decent size driveway. Mike was quick to answer any quetions we had before arrival and once we arrived and booking & payment process was smooth with VRBO/Expedia. We would rent this property again if we are in the area. "
