We are a family-run corporate letting and serviced accommodation business who pride ourselves on offering the guest everything they need for an enjoyable stay whether it be for business or for pleasure.

As super hosts, we are available as you need us, we love answering questions and providing recommendations and we have a brilliant house manual for those who prefer to explore for themselves.

You are set in the heart of Norwich centre, you walk out of the building and up some steps onto a road full of cafe's bars and shops.

It's a short 2-minute walk to the Norwich lanes where you can find the popular Grosvenor Fish Bar, which is a traditional fish and chip shop, with a twist.

After a quick lunch, we suggested exploring one of the oldest, most fascinating buildings in Norwich - Strangers' Hall.

A stunning apartment, designed to the highest standard, situated in the heart of the Norwich Lanes overlooking St.Benedicts Street.

It is a second-floor apartment in a period building with a lift and parking in a secure underground car park.

Inside this incredible apartment, there is an open plan living area, of stunning design with a lounge area, dining area and kitchen.

There are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite. There is also another beautifully decorated bathroom available. The apartment offers a bath in the ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with:

The house is located in a heart of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets.

This cosy apartment is located in the central area of Norwich with a 10 minutes walk to get to the city centre and quick access to the main transport routes such as the A47 if you do decide to explore Norfolk Broads.

If you are visiting with your friend or family we suggest you visit Mousehold Heath for the best sunsets in Norwich. It takes around 5 minutes to drive, but every minute of that is worth the view.

However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.

And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

You will always check in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.

We operate a meet-and-greet service as the property is on the top floor of a secure building (elevator available onsite). You will be meeting Donna, she will give you the keys and show you around the apartment. We just asked could you message Donna 30 minutes before your arrival so that she could get to the apartment.


While you may have the house to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival.

3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).

Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.

And you don’t have to worry; we know that accidents occur from time to time, resulting in damage (we would not charge for one-off crockery breakages, for example). We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before check out. We are very understanding while also responsible for keeping the property in good repair for all our guests.

Please Note that the building is a period property as a converted factory with traditional single-glazed sash windows. As your location is so central, you may hear some noise from the restaurants on the street outside during your stay.


We require digitally signed terms of stay the first time you book with us - send via an email link. This helps to ensure the property is kept in excellent condition for all our lovely guests to enjoy.

*Travel Cot is available on request. There is a small charge of £30 for this service

Hidden gem in Norwich
This property is a hidden gem. It’s clean, well presented, decorated to a high standard. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Plenty of storage space. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and equipment in the kitchen to make your stay a home from home. It’s all within a short walk from the city centre and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in the showing street. I also like the fact that there is secure street level parking in the spacious garage. Overall I would definitely return.

The apartment had everything you could need, was really comfortable and located so centrally we left the car in the allocated parking space and walked everywhere.
