House in Hoveton
The house is fine and its location is good. However it isn't as good as the photos and price lead you to believe. For instance the useful terrace near the kitchen and living room has no view. The view in the photos is from the top of the house. Communication with the owner was bad. She didn't send us details to find the key. We had to chase the contact with the agent for that. The agent said the owner manages the property directly and so should provide the key. Fortunately they did give us the details as the owner does not return calls in my experience. When the oven didn't work, she didn't return calls, and still hasn't dealt wit the issue.
