"We enjoyed our stay at the Pinewood! The property was very clean and well stocked for our family of 5. The hot tub was a highlight. There were neighboring cottages nearby but we still felt nice and secluded with plenty of privacy. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"the owner lives on the property. she was very amenable to our needs. when we arrived, we did not have any cell service (only verizon in the area); no wifi or cable for pc or tv. she went out and bought an extra verizon phone to keep on the property for us and others to have a hotspot. AWESOME! other than some attention to cleanliness, this was a great stay."

"Close friends and I braved the flooding Ohio weekend to seek out the cabin for a much needed girls trip. Some folks had to take a longer route than planned due to high water around the state. Worth it. Indoor fireplace was magical while we watched the thunder storms roll in from the large windows that overlooked the pond.. would love to return during the warmer months to enjoy the dock and outdoor pursuits that were offered. I can see a group laughing and sun bathing and swimming on the dock...

"The cabin was immaculate. The sunrise from the hot tub and the sun set from the front porch was the reason we initially booked this location and it did not disappoint! The scenery was beautiful we loved it and the host so timely. No complaints whatsoever. We hope to come back in the future! "

"We originally had the whole weekend to stay for my daughters volleyball tournament. The tournament was a short distance from the house. Last minute the tournament was knocked down to from 2 days to 1. The host was amazing working with me days before our arrival and allowing us to shorten our stay. The house was very clean and cute. We loved the winery/restaurant not even a mile down from the house. Highly recommend staying here! "

"Property was decent for a budget hotel. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Room was quiet and had all the amenities I needed. Staff was polite and welcoming. Would stay again if I travel near the area"
