"Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...

"Lovely warm terraced cottage in a small cul de sac that is out of the way but within 4 minutes walk of village centre. A well equipped kitchen with a utility room that we found ideal for drying wet outdoor clothing. The cottage was spacious with good storage. Smart TV was a bonus along with the biscuits and bara brith left for us. The "

"We have just returned from a week away at Pigeon House. I can't fault the property - or the owners! Elaine and Adam were always quick to respond to queries and were on hand but kept a respectful distance. Pigeon House was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Elaine gave us a guided tour and showed us how everything worked. It was very well-equipped. Both bedrooms were lovely and the en-suites perfect - good showers, plenty of room (and toilet rolls!) more than enough towels and hand/body wash...
